Our founders Pui Heng and Mark both worked for Asian companies, travelling over their 10 years of tenure with the business. There can be many nights working late in hotels and feeling peckish.

This led to discovering Asia’s late-night snack offerings from Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, Osaka, Busan, and Singapore to name a few. Many of the products are without a word of English on the package but they blind tasted them.

They made a habit to bring these snacks as gifts to their European colleagues to share and everyone was blown away by experiencing these new textures and flavours not the typical chocolate and potato chips western snacks.
